Tammy is known for her ability to assist in team transformation.  Her strong facilitation skills, ability to listen to instinctual nudges, and careful selection of the best organization development tools and applications, guide teams to higher levels of performance and effectiveness. Tammy’s professional career has included positions in health care, legal, education, hospitality, not-for-profit and business consulting. The majority of her clients represent the property management, hospitality and the A/E/C (architecture, engineering and construction) industries.     

 Tammy holds a Bachelors Degree in Sociology with a concentration in Human Relations and Work from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH and a Masters Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Tammy has extensive experience in multiple work assessments, is certified in DiSC and specializes in the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and The Predictive Index.

Tammy believes that the cultivation of our whole selves creates better leaders. As a practitioner of that belief, she is an advocate for at-risk youth and for increasing women leadership presence, specifically in the A/E/C industry.  She volunteers her time to coach young women entrepreneurs.  Additionally, she loves to practice creative endeavors as meditative techniques (writing, painting, gardening), do just about anything with her 2 year old son, Finn, go for walks with her dog, Lucille, and escape to warm temperatures with her husband, Tom.
